YOU HAVE ARRIVED
Outpost Entropy is a literary magazine. We believe there is a poetry out there synonymous with our times that accurately reflects the continuity of discontinuity, the multifariousness in which we attempt, and manage to, integrate our lives.
We aim to publish it. |

WHAT DO WE LIKE?
We try not to let our biases blind us, and be as objective as is possible for us. We attempt to evaluate submissions on the basis of how well they do what they set out to do according to (loosely speaking) the genre they fall into. We like postcards from the edge. We like work that is complex, all over the place, but whole. We can dig the political. We can go for an emphatically expressed anything or rant. We like when we can find a certain harmony in the onslaught that takes it back out yet again. We like to laugh. We like wit and cycnacism well done. We'd like your coolest experiments. We like the experiencial that takes us for the ride. We don't care if you make sense or not as long as there is a complicity in the 'non-sense'. We really have a hard time suspending our prejudices when it comes to the blow by blow, day in the life, overly superficial narrative that has little to no asthetic depth.
You probably have as good a chance here as anywhere.
